About Me

I am 24 years old, born on January 24, 2000, from Reading, Pennsylvania. In 2022, I graduated Southern New Hampshire University with a Bachelor's degree in history. A major love of mine, I've always been interested in history, especially American history. I'm not even so sure where it came from! Some of my mindset is even based around my knowledge of history.

 

Most important to know about me is that at age 7, or whatever the age was, I was diagnosed with a degerenative neuro-muscular disorder known as Friedreich's Ataxia. I don't care what age my diagnosis was simply because I was born with it, and nothing could have changed that. As will continue to be evident, I'm not an optimist, I just choose to see things as they really are.

In terms of hobbies and interests, I livestream myself playing video games on Twitch; playing video games are one of my major interests! A goal of mine is to further build my livestreams to potentially run charity events for Friedreich's Ataxia among other causes. I mainly play Minecraft, but I'm also interested in a lot of Nintendo games like Pokemon and Legend of Zelda. Aside from livestreaming myself on Twitch, I used to be a moderator for other streamers. While I was undoubtedly the best at what I did as countless people can vouch, I have moved on from that. Another major interest of mine is watching movies! I like any genre, specifically Marvel superhero movies. Everbody should know my favorite is Captain America, which should be evident by the colors on this website! As a matter of fact, I take a lot of my personal values from my favorite superhero. When I've finished a movie, I tend to leave a review of it on the app LetterBoxd. I am also interested in listening to music! I'll settle for any genre, notably 80s rock music; any genre except for rap. My favorite song might be Careless Whisper by George Michael. My interpretation of it seems to describe myself, I find. Surprisingly, I have an affinity for Taylor Swift songs as well. I mean she just hasn't had a bad song! In times of relaxation, I like to listen to movie and video game soundtracks. I especially favor Legend of Zelda music as it tends to be quite calming.

In my house, we have four dogs, two of which are mine! A wire-haired terrier and dachsund mix named Buddy and a Siberian husky named Kaya. Occassionally, Buddy likes to cuddle at night as opposed to Kaya who loves to have her own space!

Most people that know me would say I'm a positive thinker or an optimist, like I alluded to before. I strongly disagree with this notion. However, I'm not a negative thinker either. I simply have a unique perspective on things due to my special circumstances. I want to share these unique experiences; a lot of which I have never shared. I'd be able to better explain this then. My life is full of trials and tribulations, the likes of which any normal person may not even begin to think of.
